The Mayhem People/Staff Members... produce at least one major piece of work a year that is developed through a process or devising, improvisation and script writing with a professional writer. The core company is made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 25.

Other Directing includes: It’s Behind You - International Theatre Festival, Sibiu, Romania, premiere of Philip Ridley’s Brokenville with Young Kosovan refugees in Dagenham, Iphigenia - Southwark Playhouse , Two - The Actors Centre and Spring Awakening - The Place. Training includes the Young Directors scheme with the National Theatre Studio.
Assistant directing with: David Hare (Heartbreak House - Almeida), David Lan (Pericles NT Studio) and Katie Mitchell (Endgame - Donmar Warehouse).
Acting: Gulliver’s Travels – Fox and Golden Age - Working Title.
Ben has worked extensively with young people both in this country and abroad including: CARE International in Macedonia with young people from Kosova living in refugee camps and host communities.

Sarah’s currently completing her sixth novel due to be published by Harper Collins in December 09.

He works as a freelance drama facilitator in a variety of settings including: primary and secondary schools, pupil referal units and Theatre Companies throughout London. He is currently working on a documentary about his trip to New York during Obama’s elections, featuring the British Actor Eamon Walker and US Artist Styles P.
